Privacy information

1. Controller

The controller is TurkeySetup LLC (in formation). The full US LLC address, registration details and authorized representative will be added after formation.

Privacy contact: contact@turkeysetup.com

2. Data we process

When you use the form, we process the details you submit: name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp contact, country of origin, planned relocation date, short description of your situation, language, source domain, submission time and technical security data such as IP address and server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process this data to review your request, ask follow-up questions, prepare an introductory call, determine suitable next steps and prevent misuse of the form.

The legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a service relationship, legitimate interests in secure operation and structured lead handling, and statutory retention duties where they arise.

4. Recipients and service providers

The website runs on a Hetzner/VPS server. Lead capture, email communication and follow-up may use Brevo, a CRM, a webhook, Telegram or a comparable system. Calendar links may lead to an external scheduling tool.

Service providers are used only where required for operation, security, contact, appointment preparation or lead handling.

5. International transfers

Because TurkeySetup is being structured as a US LLC and some service providers may be located outside the EU or EEA, data may be transferred to third countries. Appropriate safeguards such as contractual assurances, standard contractual clauses or comparable guarantees are used where required.

6. Retention

Request and contact data is stored for as long as needed to handle the request, prepare a possible service relationship, document communication or comply with legal duties. Requests that are not pursued further are reviewed and cleaned up regularly.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection laws, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. Analytics and cookies

If analytics is used, privacy-friendly tools such as Plausible are preferred. Non-essential tracking or marketing technologies are used only where the required legal basis exists.

9. Security

Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Servers, forms and integrations are configured so that only the data required for the respective purpose is processed.
